Javier Peña
Javier is a Harmony Leadership Advisor and an award-winning creative director and composer of original music for national television commercials and documentaries.
For 15 years, Javier worked as the music director of a group of singers and musicians with diverse mental and physical disabilities who became a full-performing band. The inspiring story of this group was featured in the award-winning film "For Once in My Life," available on Amazon Prime and iTunes. The film was officially selected by the U.S. State Department to be screened in embassies around the world. As a result of the film's success, Javier and his band were invited to the White House.
AFTER FINISHING HIS WORK WITH THIS GROUP, JAVIER CREATED A LEADERSHIP PROGRAM CALLED LEADING IN TUNE THAT INTEGRATES PRINCIPLES OF MUSIC INTO LEADERSHIP TO HELP ORGANIZATIONS SEE THEMSELVES AS AN ORCHESTRA TO CREATE A CULTURE BASED ON HARMONY.
