He is the Co-Founder and Partner of Business inSITE Group (BiG), a strategic partnership focused on coaching, leadership development, and HR transformation; Co-Founder and Leader of the Consortium for Change (C4C), a community of coaches and consultants; and Co-Founder of the CHREATE Project, designed to address the future of work and HR. Ian’s global business leadership experience includes 28 years in Chief Human Resources Officer and/or other senior leadership roles with three Fortune 100 corporations – Northrop Grumman, Qwest Communications, and TRW.
Steve Fitzgerald
Steve Fitzgerald is the CEO of the Firestorm Group Ltd, where he consults on the topic of human capital strategy, coaches C-Suite executives, and serves on various Boards. His executive career spanned 30+ years, in which he held the Chief HR/Talent Officer position at Bridgewater Associates, Visteon, Vail Resorts, and Fairlane Credit.
Lacey Leone McLaughlin
Lacey Leone McLaughlin, Principal and Executive Coach at LLM Consulting Group, brings 20 years of experience to her executive coaching and talent management consulting practice. Lacey has worked with clients across all industries and sizes including aerospace, automotive, entertainment, media, professional services, retail, and technology, ranging from entrepreneurial-led start-ups to Global/Fortune 100 companies.
David Yudis, Psy.D., MBA
David Yudis, Psy.D., MBA is President and Founder of Potential Selves Inc., a leadership development corporation that delivers business growth through the transformation of talent. Providing executive coaching and team effectiveness services, he has been published as part of Forbes Coaches Council and appeared on ABC, CBS, Fox, and NBC networks as a speaker on how organizations achieve success. David brings 20 years of corporate experience prior leading executive talent development at The Walt Disney Company and several private equity held organizations.
